Our Services

  • By default, we do not clean under seat covers unless specifically requested to do so by the client. If you would like us to clean under seat covers, please inform us in advance when scheduling your appointment.

  • To streamline our auto detailing process and reduce downtime for your vehicle, we kindly request that you remove as many personal belongings as possible before dropping off your vehicle. This includes items in storage areas such as center consoles and glove boxes.

  • It is essential that you disclose any issues or conditions with your vehicle that might affect our ability to perform the job effectively. This includes, but is not limited to, issues like malfunctioning windows, doors that won't open or close properly, or any other mechanical or operational concerns.

  • While we take great care in providing our auto detailing services, we are not liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing process. We recommend removing valuable or sensitive items from your vehicle before service.

  • We will provide you with an estimated timeframe for completing the auto detailing service. However, this is subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

  • We strive for excellence in our auto detailing services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 2 days, and we will work to address your concerns promptly.

  • Before and after pictures or videos taken of your vehicle will be for marketing purposes only.

Location and Facilities

  • Please understand that our auto detailing service is operated from a home garage, which is fully equipped to provide top-quality service for customer vehicles.

  • Our location does not have a waiting room available. Therefore, clients are required to arrange the drop-off and pickup of their vehicles accordingly.

  • If you wish to drop off your vehicle before your scheduled appointment time, we kindly request that you inform us in advance via text or email. This helps us ensure a smooth and timely service for all our clients.

  • For your convenience, we have provided a key drop box located on the steps by the garage. You can securely leave your vehicle keys in the drop box when you drop off your vehicle. Please make sure to label your keys with your name and contact information.

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle, please be aware that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle or personal belongings while it is in our care.


Invoices & Payments

  • Payment for our auto detailing services is due on the day the service is completed.

  • We accept check, cash, and credit/debit cards. Payment can be made in person or through our secure online payment system.

  • The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on your invoice.

  • A late payment fee of $20 will be applied to any outstanding balance not paid within 7 days from the invoice due date.

  • Invoices will be delivered via email after completion of the service.

  • Clients who have concerns or disputes regarding charges on their invoice must notify us within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We will investigate and address any valid concerns promptly.

  • By providing your credit card information for payment, you authorize us to charge the provided card for the total amount due, including any additional charges that may arise due to late payment or disputes.

  • Any personal and financial information provided for payment purposes will be kept confidential and used solely for transaction-related purposes.

  • Failure to make payment within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of our auto detailing services.

  • We reserve the right to modify these invoicing and payment terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

  • Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable and cannot be used with a discount or coupon code.

  • The prices we charge for our services are listed on the website as starting prices only and will vary depending on the condition of your vehicle and how long it takes to detail. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.



Cancellation & Reschedules

  • Clients are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to make their appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $30 cancellation charge.

  • Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment can do so by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. There will be no additional charges for rescheduling within this timeframe.

  • We provide a grace period of 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If the client arrives within this grace period, their appointment will be honored, but there may be a delay in service. If the client does not show up we have the right to cancel the appointment.

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If such an event prevents a client from attending their appointment, we encourage them to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their situation.

  • We reserve the right to alter any booking time or day due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, without penalty to Shine U.P.

  • We reserve the right to enforce this cancellation policy to ensure the fair allocation of appointment slots to all clients and to manage our schedule effectively.


Licensing & Insurance

  • Shine U.P. promises that it holds all licenses and insurance necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed.


Website owner, the offering, and binding of Terms

  • This website is owned and operated by Britny Williams. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the ability to book an appointment, as well as see our pricing and the services we offer.


Right to suspend or cancel user account

  • We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account at any time.

Promotional emails and content

  • You agree to receive from time-to-time promotional messages from us, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.


Right to change and modify Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the services.
